• Chairperson V.O.T.E. ~ Victory Over Tax Excess

• Member Bellevue Mayor ~ Appointed Task Force on Surface Water Management

• Commissioner and Chairperson “Storm and Surface Water” Utility Commission

• Completed documentary for Federal Government, entitled “The Bellevue Experience”

• Successfully chaired the first levy in the Country where the electorate voted to tax themselves for RAIN

• Chaired the committee that wrote the TREE PRESERVATION ORDINANCE for Bellevue, the first in the Country and laid in the ground work for all that followed
